Local Delivery (Within 10 km of Store – Bidupur Area): 1–3 working days.
Rest of India: 3–7 working days, depending on location.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, festivals, or unforeseen events.
3. Shipping Charges
Free Local Delivery for orders within 10 km of our store above a certain value (as per current offers).
Standard delivery charges apply for smaller orders and outstation deliveries, based on weight and location.
Jewellery shipping charges may vary depending on insurance and security requirements.
4. Packaging & Safety
All products are carefully packed to avoid damage during transit.
Jewellery is securely packed and may include tamper-proof packaging.
If the package appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
5. Tracking Your Order
For local deliveries, our delivery team will contact you directly.
For outstation orders, you will receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
You can track your outstation orders through our courier partner’s website or app.
6. Delayed or Failed Delivery
If the courier or delivery person is unable to deliver due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural calamities, or strikes.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
