1. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch:
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it or before it is dispatched, whichever is earlier.

After Dispatch:
Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible. In such cases, you may request a return as per our return policy.
2. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns/exchanges within 3 days of delivery for:

Size mismatch (for clothing/footwear – unused and with tags intact)
Special Notes for Certain Products:

Gold & Silver Jewellery: No returns or exchanges due to rate fluctuations, except in case of a manufacturing defect.

Sarees & Clothing: Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

Footwear: Must be unused and in original box/packaging.
3. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after inspection of the returned product.

5. Jurisdiction
All disputes or claims related to purchases from Gaurav Vastralaya SR Mall will be subject to Hajipur, Bihar jurisdiction only.
