These terms apply to all purchases from Gaurav Vastralaya SR Mall, whether in person or online.
We reserve the right to update or change these terms without prior notice.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
2. Product Information
We make every effort to display products accurately, but colors, textures, and sizes may vary slightly due to photography or display settings.
For jewellery, actual weight may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerance.
Prices for gold and silver items may change without notice due to daily rate fluctuations.
3. Orders & Payments
Orders will be confirmed only after full payment (for prepaid) or confirmation of COD order.
We accept cash, UPI, cards, and approved digital wallets.
In case of pricing errors or stock unavailability, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver products through trusted courier partners.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location or unforeseen delays.
Risk of product damage passes to the customer upon delivery.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Returns/exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery for eligible items only (see our Cancellation & Refund Policy).
Gold & silver jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged due to rate fluctuations, except for manufacturing defects.
Customized or altered products are non-returnable.
6. Warranty & Guarantee
No warranty is provided unless mentioned on the product invoice.
Fabric care, maintenance, and usage are the customer’s responsibility after purchase.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Our maximum liability is limited to the product’s purchase price.
8. Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to Bidupur, Vaishali, Bihar jurisdiction only.
